PaySmart is a pay-as-you-use payment system specially designed for services provided in Certification Division. It connects firms, banks and Chamber together to make payments and top-ups at ease. Successful applicants will have a named card (CO Smart Card) provided as identification and the service is free of charge.
With CO Smart Card, there are no more hassle about preparing service fees and handling small changes. Real time transaction records and monthly statements are also provided in this website after login to facilitate accounting purposes.
