A certified copy is a true copy of the original. It avoids the owner of important documents giving up possession of those documents which might mean a risk of loss or damage.

Print out application form and complete it with company chop and signature
Bring the application form, the original of the document and fees to Chamber' s counter If there is no discrepancy found, the original and a certified true copy will be returned to the applicant over the counter

A photocopy of business registration (BR) certificate; and
The original of the document for certification (The original and a certified true copy will be returned to the applicant)
The above prepared documents together with payment should be made to one of the certification branches
If there is no discrepancy found, the certified document will be issued over the counter
