Upload the proof of security deposit or guarantee.
Each Carnet’s application must be supported by a security deposit or guarantee, and the amount is solely determined by the Chamber in accordance with the tariff and tax rates of destination(s) to be visited#. You may provide the security by one of the following methods

Applicants must acknowledge the terms and conditions of executing Carnets. Once your application is submitted online, the Chamber will undergo a pre-lodgement review. If no discrepancies are found, the application will be flagged as "In Order" usually within one clear working day. Then,
